Shipping policy

 SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Under normal circumstances orders may be delivered out the same day. Orders received after 1 PM are not guaranteed to go out the same day.  You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart. 

Normal local deliveries take approximately 1 to 3 business days, while international shipping takes 5 to 10 business days

For orders outside Kenya, international shipping charges are not fixed and vary depending on the destination country. Once an order is placed, shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to the customer via email before dispatch. Customs fees may apply for these customers.

If you receive a defective item, please contact or WhatsApp us at +254725959592 with details of the product and the defect. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

•  You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery or self pickup.
• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Earrings and Necklace set (with earrings attached) accessories.
•  Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
• Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
• We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
• The returns will be made at your own cost.
• Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.

Note: The original shipping/delivery fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
