Return and Exchange Policy

At Accessorize with style, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving or picking up your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the damage is confirmed to be due to our mishandling, we will offer an exchange. We do not provide cash refunds for damaged items.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Earrings will not be considered for exchange once delivered and customer approval is received. Kindly inspect the condition of such items once they are delivered or physically sold instore, before leaving the store. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase/Exchange for the new item.

Refunds:

Refunds are only processed if an item ordered is out of stock. For exchanges, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if approved.
